When your mind won't stop, help it rest.
Evidence-based therapy for constant worry, panic, social anxiety, and the exhaustion of always being on alert.
Replaying conversations at 2 a.m. A chest that tightens for no clear reason. Saying no to things you used to enjoy because 'what if.' Anxiety is your body's alarm system stuck in the on position — exhausting to live with, and very responsive to the right treatment.
In therapy we work on three fronts: calming the body's stress response, untangling the thought spirals that feed the worry, and gently — at your pace — returning to the situations anxiety has taken from you. Anxiety is among the most treatable concerns in mental health; most clients feel meaningful relief within months, not years.
As a person-centered therapist, I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to hand down answers or tell you who to be — it is to offer a genuine, accepting, non-judgmental relationship where you feel safe enough to be fully honest with yourself. You set the direction and the pace; evidence-based tools are offered when they serve you, never imposed.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- Does your mind race at night, replaying today and rehearsing tomorrow?
- Do you cancel plans or avoid situations because of 'what if'?
- Does your body carry the worry — tight chest, restless stomach, tense shoulders?
- Do you seek reassurance, then doubt it minutes later?
- Does rest feel impossible, even when nothing is wrong?
If you found yourself nodding along, that is not a diagnosis — it is information. You don't need the right words or a clear goal to begin. A safe, non-judgmental space is waiting for you to think out loud — and you decide what we explore, and how fast we go.
