Becoming a parent shouldn't mean losing yourself.

Specialized support through pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between — including loss.

Everyone asks about the baby. This is the space where someone asks about you. Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, worries that spiral at 3 a.m., guilt for not feeling the way you 'should,' sadness you can't explain — as many as one in five mothers experiences a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder. It is not your fault, and it is very treatable.

With care designed specifically for this season — postpartum depression and anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and the identity shift of becoming a parent — you'll be supported back to steadier ground. Online sessions welcome; a feeding or napping baby in your arms is never a problem.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to hand down answers or tell you who to be — it is to offer a genuine, accepting, non-judgmental relationship where you feel safe enough to be fully honest with yourself. You set the direction and the pace; evidence-based tools are offered when they serve you, never imposed.

A Moment of Reflection

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Do you feel exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't touch?
  • Do scary or unwanted thoughts about the baby catch you off guard?
  • Do you feel guilty for not enjoying this season the way you 'should'?
  • Are you grieving a loss that others expect you to move past?
  • Do you miss who you were before — and feel ashamed to admit it?

If you found yourself nodding along, that is not a diagnosis — it is information. You don't need the right words or a clear goal to begin. A safe, non-judgmental space is waiting for you to think out loud — and you decide what we explore, and how fast we go.
