Between who you were and who you're becoming.

Support for the in-between seasons: moves, career changes, immigration, divorce, new roles, and endings.

Even good changes cost something. A new job, a new city, a new baby, a marriage ending, children leaving home, a country left behind — every transition asks you to put down a version of yourself you knew how to be. That's disorienting even when you chose it, and lonely when everyone around you expects you to be excited.

Therapy in a transition isn't about rushing to the other side. It's a steady place to think out loud while the ground moves: to grieve what's ending, name what you actually want, and make the next decisions from your own values rather than from panic or other people's expectations.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to hand down answers or tell you who to be — it is to offer a genuine, accepting, non-judgmental relationship where you feel safe enough to be fully honest with yourself. You set the direction and the pace; evidence-based tools are offered when they serve you, never imposed.

A Moment of Reflection

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Did you get what you wanted and still feel unmoored?
  • Are you grieving a life that everyone says you should be glad to leave?
  • Do you feel behind, compared to where you thought you'd be by now?
  • Are you making big decisions while too exhausted to think clearly?
  • Do you feel like a guest in your own new life?

If you found yourself nodding along, that is not a diagnosis — it is information. You don't need the right words or a clear goal to begin. A safe, non-judgmental space is waiting for you to think out loud — and you decide what we explore, and how fast we go.
